Policy
We accept exchanges for standard-size dresses and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we do charge a return shipping fee.
When you process an exchange, the refund amount will be sent to your Wedglam Account Balance and that balance can be used to place a new order.
Conditions
The following items are not exchangeable:
Custom Size Dresses, Wedding Dresses, Swatches, Fabric by the Yard, Tape Measure, Ready to Ship and Outlet Dresses, At-Home Try On Dresses, Face Masks, Garment Bags, Shapewear, Personalized Jewelry, Robes & Lingerie.

⚠️ All exchangeable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Exchanges will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
1. The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns.
2. To process an exchange you must have an Wedglam Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout.
3. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with Happy Returns, we will immediately begin processing your refund.
4. The refund will be sent back to your Wedglam Account Balance and processes within 24 hours.
5. If you received free garment bags or panniers, you are allowed to keep those items.
